Does anyone else, despite all evidence to the contrary, always secretly suspect that they are going to get fired at these things?
No? Just me?
I guess we can keep “Confidence in Job” under the Needs Improvement section.

Its not just you. I have a great relationship with my boss, total confidence in the fact that he values my contribution and presence in this office. and STILL performance reviews scare me to PIECES.
What is it with that? Is this a woman thing? I even get a written review BEFORE the in-person one, so I already know what’s going to be said! It just makes no sense.
